📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall HCM sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and growth targets. • Drive net-new business acquisition while expanding existing client relationships. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy across all segments. • Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive trends within the HCM landscape. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-performing HCM sales talent. • Coach sales managers and individual contributors through structured performance management. • Establish sales methodologies, KPIs, and best practices to improve conversion rates and productivity. • Personally engage in executive-level sales opportunities and key account negotiations. • Develop relationships with C-suite executives, CHROs, HR leaders, CFOs, and procurement stakeholders. • Collaborate with solution consultants to create compelling business cases and ROI analyses. • Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast attainment. • Present regular business reviews to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field. • 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience. • 5+ years leading sales teams within HCM, HR technology, payroll, workforce management, benefits, or related SaaS industries. • Demonstrated success exceeding quota and leading teams to achieve revenue targets. • Experience selling into SMB and Mid-Market organizations. • Strong executive presence and presentation skills. • Expertise with consultative and value-based selling methodologies. • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales enablement technologies.
