📋 Description

• Design, implement and continuously improve frameworks, experiences and insights supporting performance, progression, engagement and retention • Work with senior leaders, People Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards and cross-functional teams • Translate employee feedback and organisational insight into meaningful action and outcomes • Design and improve employee experience and ways of working • Embed behaviours supporting company culture and business goals • Own employee listening, including pulse surveys and engagement insights • Turn feedback and data into practical recommendations and organisational action • Lead performance and progression framework design, implementation and evolution • Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration and promotion decisions • Identify retention risks and work with People Partners and leaders to address them • Drive measurable improvements in employee experience and performance practices • Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools and scalable solutions to improve people processes and organisational insight

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years’ experience in People / HR roles • Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience and organisational effectiveness • Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI-enabled solutions • Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insight • Practical, systems-oriented mindset focused on scalable outcomes • Experience in a global or distributed organisation • Ability to issue invoices for fees as required by Paymentology as an Independent Contractor • Ability to pass credit, education verification, sanction and enforcement screening, employment verifications, criminal check and ID check
