📋 Description

• Lead global recruitment across functions and seniority levels • Partner with stakeholders to understand team needs, workforce priorities, and talent gaps • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, internal databases, Boolean logic, and open web sourcing • Own strategic talent pipelining initiatives and cultivate relationships with top talent • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, meaningful feedback • Translate business objectives into hiring strategies, role definitions, and success profiles • Use market intelligence, talent insights, and data analytics to advise on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activity • Design and implement structured, data-driven assessment frameworks and interview scorecards • Optimise recruitment systems and tools, including the ATS • Use data and market insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes • Lead strategic recruitment initiatives, including interviewer training, process optimisation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting in fast-paced and complex environments • Previous experience recruiting in Fintech and/or SaaS industries • Proven track record hiring senior and specialist Sales and Account Management roles across EMEA, APAC, and LAC • Ability to influence decisions, negotiate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across all organisational levels and with candidates • Strong understanding of Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and open web sourcing strategies • Experience conducting competency-based interviews • Highly adaptable and resourceful, with ability to manage multiple roles in a high-growth environment • Customer-focused approach and passion for delivering world-class service • Experience with TA tools, ATS systems, and process design • Formal training in structured or behavioural interviewing is advantageous • Ability to issue invoices for fees as an independent contractor
