📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end commercial relationship for around 200 SMB merchants • Protect existing transaction margin and drive growth through servicing, retention and selling • Act as the single point of contact for merchants and own commercial outcomes end-to-end • Use AI-powered tools to identify growth, cross-sell and risk opportunities • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and portfolio health reporting • Share effective practices with fellow AM2 colleagues • Coordinate internal teams to resolve merchant needs • Exercise judgment and determine appropriate actions when standard processes are insufficient • Acquire, manage and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants • Prioritize work and ensure task completion according to policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Professional fluency in German • Ability to communicate effectively with merchants and business stakeholders • Ability to plan and segment a large customer book while maintaining follow-through and service quality • Customer and commercial conversation skills • Ability to use AI, data and playbooks to make sound trade-offs and escalate appropriately • Reliable collaboration with internal stakeholders • Accurate record, pipeline and follow-up management • Customer-facing, account-servicing or relationship-management experience preferred
