📋 Description

• Design & software engineering • Fullstack development: Design, develop and document new features across the entire stack (backend Java/Python, frontend React). • Architecture & scalability: Contribute to the evolution of the application architecture to support the platform's robustness. • Innovation & R&D: Investigate, prototype and challenge technical choices together with the team. • Technical improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement (tooling, automation, monitoring, reduction of technical debt). • Quality & security: Ensure the quality of delivered code (clean code, tests, security, code reviews, bug fixes). • Agile rituals: Actively participate in squad life (refinement, planning, daily, review, retro) in coordination with the PM. • Knowledge sharing: Document developments and disseminate expertise internally.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of fullstack experience: You master at least two of the technologies in our stack (Java, Python, React/TypeScript) and have the curiosity to own the third. • Culture of excellence: You are responsible for code quality, maintainability and testability, while pragmatically balancing technical debt and product priorities. • Growth mindset & communication: Solution-oriented, you see technical challenges as learning opportunities and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. • Experience with distributed architectures, mature CI/CD pipelines or data/migration challenges will be highly valued.
