• Strategic account planning & new business acquisition: You identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts in the DACH region and develop innovative go-to-market strategies to win new customers in the Google ecosystem. • High-end deal closure: You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, manage complex RFPs/tenders, and negotiate contracts at C-level with the goal of successfully closing Professional Services deals. • Trusted advisor: You build and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, understand their digital agenda, and position PCG as the leading partner for cloud transformations. • Ecosystem management & partnerships: You deepen strategic collaboration with Google and relevant channel partners to generate joint leads and optimize your market presence (including presence at relevant events and summits). • Deal enablement: You orchestrate the sales journey by working closely with delivery teams to pitch technically sound, customer-specific solutions and think beyond the obvious. • Performance & reporting: You use our CRM system (HubSpot) strategically to manage the pipeline, produce accurate forecasts, and report your sales performance directly to management.
• Proven hunter DNA & track record: Several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in enterprise solution sales (IT/cloud professional services) with a clear focus on new customer acquisition. Proven experience closing deals above €300K is an advantage. • Strategic C-level engagement & stakeholder management: Ability to operate as a compelling sparring partner and trusted advisor at C-level, present complex strategies, and manage stakeholders effectively. • Ecosystem expertise & partner push: Solid experience managing partner ecosystems (especially Google) and actively driving vendor and partner leads to achieve shared targets. • Independent drive & vision: High self-motivation, strong determination and reliability, paired with innovative thinking to unlock new market potential. • Google Workspace & cloud mastery: Deep understanding of the transformative impact of Google Workspace and Google Cloud. • Sales & pipeline excellence: Proficient use of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) to transparently manage the entire sales cycle and produce accurate forecasts. • Communication & language: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English. • Teamwork and drive: You demonstrate results orientation and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team.
