📋 Description

• Lead the development and management of competitive, compliant, and employee-focused compensation and benefits programs • Partner closely with department leaders • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions • Lead a team in delivering effective benefits solutions • Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and external benefits developments • Analyze benefit options and predict future costs to support management decision-making • Identify benefit options by studying programs and obtaining consultant advice • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements • Prepare and distribute benefit reports to inform employees of benefit usage • Manage benefits staff through coaching, counseling, and mentoring • Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends • Lead special projects and perform ad hoc tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits • 2-3 years of experience in a people manager capacity • Proficiency in HR systems • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislation • Experience with MS Office • Excellent conflict resolution skills • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
