📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails • Make outbound calls to customers when required • Respond to customer enquiries quickly and professionally • Resolve order queries and customer issues • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM • Work closely with the UK team to ensure a smooth customer experience • Help clear customer enquiries and maintain inbox SLAs • Support continuous improvements to customer service processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in customer service, customer care or contact centre environments • Excellent spoken and written English • Experience supporting UK, Australian or international customers • Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail • A proactive, reliable and positive attitude • Stable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup • Experience within ecommerce, retail or order fulfilment is highly desirable • Experience using CRM systems is highly desirable • Experience handling high volumes of customer enquiries is highly desirable • Comfortable working occasional weekends on a rotating roster is highly desirable
