• You’re an extroverted, outgoing marketing generalist building community, ecosystem, and partnerships—whether with brands in our ICP at ExpoWest or Shoppe Object, or with channel partners who provide services for our existing clients • Expect to own our customer referral flywheel, Slack communities, tradeshow prep and set-up, and channel partnerships • Help us connect the dots between our large, active, and sometimes disparate networks so that Endless Commerce and our exec team can stay top of mind • Work with our Head of Product and future CSM and Sales hires to engage our existing customers to keep them updated on changes and improvements to the product, exciting growth opps that could make their lives easier, etc • Help us plan for and make the most of events like ExpoWest, Shoptalk, IHA, eTail, and more
• You have 3-10 years of lifecycle, community, client services, partnerships, and/or marketing operations experience • You love talking to people! • You’ve got a knack for remembering names, people, and faces • You understand the difference between when to automate and when a human touch is worth the extra effort • You're highly organized and process-oriented, but also creative in how you engage prospects and partners • You like playing with the latest tech and getting leverage on your own productivity with tools like Claude Cowork and our internal AI agents • You're comfortable being hands-on—this isn't just a strategy role; you'll be building campaigns, writing emails, and managing the day-to-day of our partnerships • You can work cross-functionally with our tiny and nimble sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
