• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. • Minimum 3 years in Building Automation. • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
