• Provide personalized support to a NYC executive's personal needs • Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met • Assist in project coordination and management • Organize and maintain information and documents • Provide ad hoc assistance such as research and personal errands • Coordinate travel arrangements • Prepare meeting agendas and materials • Manage purchases and returns for home and personal items
