📋 Description

• Responsible for the RICE (reporting, integrations, conversions, extensions) workflow management inclusive of review & approval cycles. • Delegates tasks & manages timeline of activities related to spec writing, internal reviews, client spec approvals, dev initiation, internal testing, CRP testing, migration & cutover. • Drives and supports dependency management and issue resolution across Peloton functional & tech teams, and Client business & IT. • Assists in creating and maintaining the project plan for RICE deliverables & RICE tracker. • Collaboration with other cross-functional teams to enhance products and services offered to our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS, or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in large-scale multi-pillar implementations • Must have exposure to Oracle Implementation programs and have a sound understanding of the RICE workflow (Reporting, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions). • Experience with delivering project status updates both internally and externally across an organization to multiple stakeholders. • Previous experience managing RICE workflow, internal hands-offs, and client approval. • Should have previous Project Management experience within Oracle Cloud implementation programs. • Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members. • Alignment with Peloton values: Amplify Ideas, Can-Do Attitude, Teamwork, Integrity, Own Your Voice, and Next-Level Service • Willingness to travel as required
