📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits plans • Configure eligibility profiles and rules • Support the integration of Benefits with Payroll • Ensure Benefits configurations comply with Brazilian labor legislation • Support business processes involving third-party benefit providers • Perform benefit data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data integrity audits • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Customer stakeholders to communicate functional solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) • Experience with benefit data migration • Familiarity with integrations involving third-party benefit providers through EDI files or APIs • Experience creating and executing SIT and UAT test scenarios • Excellent communication skills with business and functional stakeholders • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project environments.
