📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings with accounting firms, from project kick-off through post-project review • Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience • Write documentation and user stories • Lead workshops and webinars • Ensure migrations follow a clear, documented process • Adapt the approach to each situation while complying with existing processes • Communicate how technical solutions align with business needs • Relay information to the PSS Back team responsible for integration, fixes, and quality control • Contribute to configuring Pennylane according to accounting firms’ business processes • Participate in functional testing before migration • Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration • Conduct intermediate and final functional testing • Contribute to post-migration reports and propose improvements • Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs • Monitor business-user satisfaction following product enhancements • Maintain product and business knowledge through ongoing monitoring • Propose improvements and report gaps or malfunctions • Turn business needs into actionable solutions • Understand the challenges faced by the PSS Back team and provide occasional production support

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education: University Diploma in Business Administration (IUT GEA), BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, or Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing (CCA) • Experience in an accounting firm • Previous experience with one or more migrations is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong service mindset and customer-relations skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes • Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments • English proficiency at A2 level or above
