📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and lead meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through post-project review • Analyze business needs based on field feedback and previous migration experience • Write documentation and user stories • Lead workshops and webinars • Ensure a clear, well-documented migration process • Adapt the approach to each situation while following existing processes • Communicate how technical solutions align with business needs • Relay information to the PSS Back team, responsible for integration, fixes, and quality control • Contribute to configuring Pennylane according to accounting firms’ business processes • Participate in functional testing before migration • Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration • Conduct intermediate and final functional testing • Contribute to post-migration reports and recommend improvements • Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs • Monitor business-user satisfaction after each enhancement • Stay up to date with product and business developments • Recommend improvements and report gaps or malfunctions • Translate needs into actionable solutions • Understand the challenges faced by the PSS Back team and provide occasional production support when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification: IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, or Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit (CCA) • Experience in an accounting firm • Previous experience with one or more migrations preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer service and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving product requirements • Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments • Minimum English level: A2
