🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle • Breite HR-Erfahrung in Onboarding, Learning & Development, Arbeitsrecht und Compensation & Benefits • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Vertrauen aufbauen und tragfähige Arbeitsbeziehungen entwickeln • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein Plus • Erfahrung im Performance-Management in wachsenden Organisationen (300+ Neueinstellungen pro Jahr) • Fähigkeit, interne Stakeholder durch Projekte zu begleiten
