• Planning, coordination and implementation of regional congress, event and sponsorship activities to strengthen brand presence and support company objectives • Development and execution of the annual events and congress plan, including budget responsibility, prioritization and performance tracking in coordination with the Head of Marketing • Design and implementation of target-group-specific marketing campaigns and development of materials and tools in collaboration with local and international sales and marketing teams • Independent organization and execution of congresses and professional events (including logistics, speaker management, exhibition appearances, and travel and hotel coordination) • Management and monitoring of event budgets and early identification and communication of risks • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Technical Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Administration) to ensure successful delivery of marketing activities • Ensuring compliance requirements when interacting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) • Analysis and reporting of event and marketing activities and derivation of optimization measures to increase effectiveness
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in planning and executing events, ideally in the healthcare, MedTech or other regulated environment • Very good written and spoken German and English skills • Experience in managing complex, concurrent projects and deadlines • High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and resilience in dynamic work environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in dealing with internal and external partners as well as senior management • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word); experience with Cvent is an advantage
