📋 Description

• Expand and strategically develop the sales territory – from acquiring new customers to the long-term management of existing accounts • Advise and actively support interventional physicians directly in the clinical environment, including trainings, product demonstrations and OR support • Identify opportunities within the territory and implement targeted measures to increase revenue • Work closely with marketing, inside sales and European colleagues to optimally coordinate initiatives • Capture field intelligence, analyze it and translate findings into strategic actions for the territory

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in MedTech sales with clear revenue responsibility and proven success in territory development • Experience in the OR or interventional environment, ideally with a background as a nurse, OR assistant or in the surgical field • Ideally experienced with catheters, balloons, stents or coils and a solid understanding of anatomy and interventional techniques • Enjoy working in the angio suite and engaging directly with physicians • A balanced combination of sales orientation, technical know-how and enthusiasm for MedTech • Proactive, adaptable, communicative and team-oriented • Fluent German and good English skills • Willingness to travel within the territory
