• Connect companies, cultural and sports projects, and tangible social outcomes. • Work as part of a team focused on Incentive Laws, ensuring that each resource is used with transparency and responsibility. • Study and apply key Incentive Laws (Culture and Sport). • Assist clients via email, phone, and online meetings. • Analyze data to authorize payments (CNPJ and CNAE codes). • Review fiscal/tax documents and clear them for payment. • Request documents and bank statements and monitor expenses. • Organize, file, and update documents on the network. • Prepare and submit account reports in systems such as SALIC and SECEC.
• Technical certification or degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) or related fields. • Previous experience in accounting and/or finance. • Basic Excel skills for organizing and analyzing data. • Comfortable providing client support (email, phone, online meetings). • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines. • Availability to work 100% remotely under CLT (Brazilian labor contract). • Basic understanding or knowledge of Incentive Laws (Culture and Sport). • Experience in preparing financial reports for incentive-funded projects.
