📋 Description

• Execute full-cycle recruiting searches for PCT clients and partner platforms such as Paraform • Manage roles from intake through sourcing, screening, candidate submission, and close • Evaluate and prioritize open roles across a portfolio of searches • Deliver qualified, interested candidate shortlists within days • Source candidates using Juicebox, Pin, Ashby, AI sourcing tools, and creative multi-channel outreach • Conduct screening calls assessing skills, motivation, and compensation fit • Write clear candidate summaries for hiring managers • Keep candidates informed and engaged, manage expectations, and help close offers • Communicate timely updates to hiring managers and through Paraform • Raise risks such as compensation misalignment, unclear criteria, or slow feedback • Maintain accurate pipeline records in Ashby and Paraform • Track submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios • Test outreach messaging and channels and share effective approaches with the team • Help improve PCT's contingency recruiting playbook • Work with a team lead, Talent Partners, Talent Engineers, and Technical Sourcers • Support recruiting for PCT, which helps VCs and venture-backed startups build teams through human capital management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Meaningful experience in agency or other fast-paced, placement-driven environments • Experience closing hires for US-based companies, ideally startups or tech companies • Ability to provide recruiting metrics such as placements per quarter, submission-to-hire ratio, or time to first submission • Experience with Paraform or similar recruiting marketplaces is a plus • Comfortable recruiting for technical roles including Engineering, Product, and Data • Comfortable recruiting for go-to-market roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Strong Boolean, research, and outreach skills • Experience using AI tools such as Claude for research, outreach drafting, and screening preparation • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to lead screens with senior US candidates and write candidate submissions for founders • Ability to manage an independent pipeline and prioritize work without daily direction • Must be able to work an average of 4–5 hours of overlap daily within the 9–6pm PT timezone • Independent contractor status • This role is not suited to candidates seeking a guaranteed salary, candidates with only in-house recruiting experience, candidates who prefer one or two searches at a time, candidates relying mainly on inbound applicants or LinkedIn Recruiter, or candidates without meaningful AI-tool experience
