• Sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to support staffing needs • Developing and maintaining recruitment pipelines for various positions • Collaborating with department heads, HR staff, and hiring managers for workforce needs • Contributing to strategic workforce planning and process improvements in talent acquisition • Posting job openings and managing applicant tracking systems • Conducting phone screens, candidate assessments, and interview coordination • Creating and maintaining candidate pools for key roles • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for recruits • Maintaining a centralized list of approved staffing agencies and coordinating with them • Supporting payroll unit during onboarding and termination processes
• SHRM certification • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required • Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit settings strongly preferred • Familiarity with labor laws and EEO/AA regulations a plus • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
