📋 Description
• Sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates • Developing and maintaining recruitment pipelines • Collaborating with department heads and hiring managers • Contributing to strategic workforce planning efforts • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for positions • Maintaining weekly hiring activity reports • Advising payroll unit of staff onboarding and caseload assignment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required • Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit settings strongly preferred • Familiarity with labor laws and EEO/AA regulations a plus • Ability to pass background and reference checks.
