âą Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries âą Manage high-volume phone and email communication with clients âą Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars âą Dispatch crews and communicate schedule updates throughout the day âą Create, update, and maintain work orders âą Track project and service status to ensure timely completion âą Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and service updates âą Support administrative functions including data entry, document management, and reporting âą Collaborate closely with field crews and leadership to ensure seamless operations âą Identify inefficiencies and help develop new processes, workflows, and best practices âą Maintain accurate records and ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
âą 3+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service role âą Experience supporting service-based industries such as landscaping, irrigation, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar environments preferred âą Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting âą Exceptional communication and customer service skills âą Highly organized with strong attention to detail âą Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously âą Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision âą Process-minded individual who enjoys creating structure and improving efficiency âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software systems
