📋 Description

• Provide on-site support to customers for the installation, maintenance, repair, and qualification of analytical instruments • Advise customers on software updates, instrument upgrades, qualifications, and process optimization • Document customer service visits and fault conditions in the relevant systems • Support the Service Team as needed • Provide field service support to customers in northern and eastern Germany, including Berlin and Magdeburg

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training or qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, physics, or chemistry, or a higher-level qualification • Initial professional experience in technical customer support for software-based analytical systems is preferred • Independent, structured, and efficient approach to work • Strong organizational skills, commitment, and a high degree of customer focus • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Residence in a location with convenient access to the assigned service territory • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
