Description

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals • Assist with income tax planning and research technical tax issues • Assist with other business consulting projects • Develop working relationships with clients and coworkers • Review and provide constructive feedback on work • Understand and follow AICPA Professional Code of Ethics • Develop proficiency in accounting software programs and internal workflow • Collaborate with team members and managers • Contribute to positive company culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field • Eligible to sit for CPA exam before December 2024 • Working knowledge of common office technology and software • High integrity and trustworthiness • Goal-oriented with desire to learn • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills • Professional communication skills • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently • Self-starter/independent worker and effective team collaborator • Highly organized with attention to detail • Willingness to work additional hours as necessary
