• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Negotiation and needs-assessment skills • Home office setup • Laptop or computer with webcam • Wired internet connection (required) • Headset • Suitable work environment • Processor: 4th-generation Intel Core i3 or higher • RAM: 8 GB or higher • Internet speed: 15–16 Mbps or higher • Operating system: Windows 10 or higher • High school diploma • 1–3 years of professional experience
