📋 Description

• Provide support to students throughout their entire journey, from enrollment through post-course follow-up • Clarify questions regarding courses, certificates, schedules, platform access, and institutional policies • Log requests in the CRM/One system • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Academic, IT) • Handle cases related to cancellations, failures, scholarships, and financial issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum experience in customer service • Clear communication, empathy, and proactivity • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible • High school diploma (secondary education) • Computer with Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher • 8GB RAM or higher • Internet speed of 15–16 Mbps or higher • Windows 10 or later • Wired (Ethernet) internet connection (required) • Laptop/computer with webcam • Headset • Suitable work environment
