📋 Description

• Proactively contact business customers by phone and conduct conversations • Schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team • Contact prospective new customers and existing customers • Work with professional call scripts and clearly defined target groups • Reliably document calls in the CRM system • Maintain CRM data • Support appointment and route planning for the field sales team • Collaborate closely with the team digitally • Handle organizational tasks • At the start, learn the tasks, processes, and systems during approximately two weeks of onboarding in Hanover

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written German • Confident use of standard office software, the internet, and digital systems • Independent and reliable working style in a home office • Enjoy speaking on the phone and interacting openly with people • Willingness to proactively contact business customers by phone, in some cases without prior contact • Resilience when handling repeated rejections • Availability for at least 30 hours per week • Long-term ability to work reliably and with concentration from a home office • Willingness to complete approximately two weeks of onboarding in Hanover • Experience in call centers, inside sales, customer service, sales support, or appointment setting is particularly relevant • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, office management, administrative support, or other customer-oriented roles is also suitable • No traditional outbound experience required
