📋 Description

• Proactively contact existing customers by phone in the telecommunications sector • Process tariff changes • Handle contract renewals • Conduct customer win-back activities • Work Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. • Choose between a fixed late shift or alternating weekly between early and late shifts • Attend training on products, communication, and sales • Opportunities for professional development through the S-KON Academy

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, initial experience in telephone sales or customer service; career changers with sales talent are also welcome • Quiet workspace in a home-office environment • Stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps • Confident use of a PC • Good IT skills • Technical understanding • Excellent German language skills • Friendly, clear communication over the phone
