📋 Description

• Handle order intake by phone and in writing for a mail-order company • Provide information about delivery times • Advise customers on products • Carry out cross-selling activities • Support customers in a 100% inbound service environment

🎯 Requirements

• Initial practical experience in customer service, a call center, or customer support • Available to start immediately or no later than November 15 • Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. • Enjoy interacting with customers, understand different needs, and take a solution-oriented approach • Confident with PCs and able to quickly learn common software programs (e.g., MS Teams, email, chat, and customer management systems) • Very good spoken and written German • Permanent residence in Germany; working from abroad is not possible
