📋 Description

• Proactively contact existing telecommunications customers by phone • Process tariff adjustments • Handle contract renewals • Win back former customers • Work Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. • Work a fixed late shift or alternate weekly between early and late shifts • Participate in training on the product portfolio, communication techniques, and sales techniques • Career development opportunities within the S-KON Academy, from Agent to Team Leader • Apply without a cover letter; introductory interview and placement in a suitable project

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, initial experience in telephone sales or customer service • Career changers with sales talent are welcome • Quiet home office workspace • Stable internet connection with a download speed of at least 50 Mbps • Confident use of a PC • Good IT skills • Technical aptitude • Excellent German language skills • Friendly, clear communication by phone
