📋 Description

• Manage your designated region and drive sales growth through strong technical support and customer engagement • Position Perstorp as a preferred technical partner for customers • Provide high-quality technical support, training, and guidance to customers and partners • Develop and manage customer relationships to grow new business and maintain existing accounts • Support and execute commercial trials and ensure proper follow-up and data collection • Monitor market trends and share insights on competitors and opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory) to align on strategy and customer needs • Represent Perstorp in the market through events, networking, and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Agricultural or Life Sciences • strong experience in technical sales, research, or support within the animal nutrition or feed industry • in-depth knowledge of the regional market, including its structure and key influencers • proven track record of achieving commercial results while delivering technical value to customers • customer-oriented, commercially driven, and capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally • excellent communicator with strong presentation and networking skills • combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset • proactive, independent, and solution-oriented • team player with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions • willing to travel frequently within the region
