📋 Description

• Take ownership of sales development in the region. • Identify opportunities and support customers technically. • Manage the sales pipeline and deliver commercial results. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders. • Provide technical expertise and customer support by developing ROI calculations and supporting commercial trials. • Drive business development activities by generating leads and utilizing CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field. • A proven track record in technical sales, business development, customer support, or research within the animal nutrition, feed additive, poultry, swine, ruminant, or aquaculture industries. • Strong practical, technical, and commercial understanding of the animal nutrition and feed industry in the Middle East region. • Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Knowledge of Arabic would be considered a strong asset. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills with a deeply customer-focused mindset. • Proven ability to identify customer challenges and translate technical expertise into commercially valuable solutions. • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across international teams. • A proactive, results-oriented approach combined with a high willingness to travel extensively throughout the Middle East region.
