📋 Description

• Drive New Business: Proactively identify and engage potential enterprise clients through outbound efforts and support from our GTM teams. • Manage the Sales Cycle: Own deals from initial outreach through to close, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless buyer experience. • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their legal operations strategy. • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with legal operations leaders, General Counsels, and other decision-makers. • Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with consistent coverage to support quota achievement. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support client needs and influence roadmap discussions. • Stay Informed: Keep up with trends in legal tech, procurement, and enterprise software to inform your outreach and value positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-party sales cycles. • The ability to self-motivate and stay organized while managing a variety of opportunities and priorities. • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing team. • Bonus Points if you have: • Experience selling to legal departments or legal operations teams. • Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes. • Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or similar sales tools. • A passion for legal innovation and technology.
