📋 Description

• Perform basic day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the assigned domain • Own customer issues and see problems through to resolution • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams using standard procedures • Provide prompt and accurate customer feedback • Record and close all issues properly • Document troubleshooting and resolution steps and create knowledge base articles for routine issues • Undertake small-sized enhancements or projects • Monitor and test system performance for potential bottlenecks • Participate in hardware and software upgrades, installations, and scheduled system maintenance • Maintain systems in accordance with IT policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Familiarity with regulatory and security standards, best practices, and company requirements • Familiarity with documentation for assigned technology, including server build documents, configuration standards, and infrastructure architecture • Adherence to Petco and department processes and standards • Ability to participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response
