📋 Description

• Develops and implements functional areas/features, including design, solutions, and architecture • Takes on complex tasks and problem-solving efforts • Provides oversight across systems and business domains • Identifies, collects, and analyzes data to match user needs • Conducts software and hardware requirements reviews • Conducts preliminary and critical design reviews • Conducts software acceptance reviews • Evaluates the ongoing effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives • Consults with business partners, managers, coworkers, and stakeholders • Solicits, evaluates, and applies suggestions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Provides guidance and answers independently with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Computer Science or similar • 5-8 years of experience • Analytical skills - understanding for application/implementation • Full understanding of concepts and tools, able to apply them • Ability to express written & verbal thoughts to others in the technical field • Experience allowing contribution to immediate outcomes • Ability to operate with minimal instruction • Ability to work independently and provide guidance
