• You independently manage our customers by telephone and provide consultative support. • Preparing quotations as well as following them up and closing sales are part of your duties. • You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure seamless processing. • You maintain transparent collaboration with the field sales team and actively support them.
• Enthusiasm for sales that also inspires our customers • Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints • Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style • Ideally, initial experience in inside sales
