📋 Description

• Promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products in assigned territories • Deliver promotional science-based product messages to support HCPs in meeting patient needs • Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives • Plan and implement CME activities, including RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations • Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders • Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan for planning MD calls and program implementation • Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products • Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities • Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports • Coordinate with team members and territory counterparts • Perform other official duties assigned by the immediate superior

🎯 Requirements

• College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course • At least 2 years experience as PHR • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Good interpersonal skills • Valid Med Rep PRC • Valid driver's license • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines • Conduct business in accordance with ethical standards • Adhere to company values and policies
