📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Representative. • Pharmavise is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition and Business Development Representative (TABD Rep) to join our growing consulting firm. • This hybrid role bridges recruitment and business development to drive strategic growth across the life sciences and government sectors. • The ideal candidate will support the full-cycle recruitment efforts for regulatory, clinical, quality, and technical consultants, while also identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients. • As part of our Talent Acquisition and Business Development team, you will be instrumental in expanding Pharmavise’s talent pipeline and client base, ensuring we remain agile, responsive, and competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and business development (ideally in consulting, staffing, or life sciences). • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Psychology, and Business related field. • Demonstrated ability to support full-cycle recruitment, especially for specialized, hard-to-fill roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and diverse talent pools. • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other sourcing platforms. • Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients and talents or within the U.S. consulting market. • Understanding of life sciences terminology, GxP regulations, and regulatory/clinical consulting services preferred. • Familiarity with federal contracting (e.g., FAR, subcontracting, teaming agreements) is a strong plus. • Self-driven, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
