• Proactively engage clients to support and drive adoption and usage of specific products and features within the Phreesia solution, ensuring maximum business benefits for the client • Partner with client executives and key business leaders • Collaborate with Phreesia teams, including Business Development, Support, Product Management, Client Services and Sales to address customer issues • Act as the Subject Matter Expert and product Super User for the existing client base, implement new add on features and products • Ensure overall satisfaction and engagement for Phreesia's clients • Proactively address client risks based on product usage trends and key performance indicators
• Bachelor's degree required • Experience generating opportunities and/or upselling to book of business • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop custom solutions • Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills • Skilled at anticipating and solving problems • The role may require up to 50% travel following all the current health and safety guidelines
