• Build multi-year account plans with clear growth levers, propositions, and activity calendars. • Drive pipeline creation, cross-sell, and upsell across products and services. • Act as the primary senior contact; handle escalations and complex negotiations. • Own revenue, margin, and retention targets; forecast accurately. • Produce MI on pipeline, conversion, product mix, pricing, and churn risk.
• Experience in commercial insurance account handling, ideally with exposure to larger or more complex clients. • Strong understanding of general insurance products and markets. • Confident communicator, able to build relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders. • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
