📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance and support for the creation of industry standards (DIN, CEN, ISO). • Identify opportunities and enhance the use of analytics platforms. • Define and implement tools to improve customer experience and efficiency. • Collaborate with sales and applications teams to support customers. • Lead pilot projects and partnerships to meet operational requirements. • Develop and deliver training, enablement resources, and technical guidance. • Translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field. • 5+ years in environmental/industrial monitoring, chemical industry, medical sterilization, or regulatory agency. • Strong analytical skills for regulatory interpretation and business translation. • Solid knowledge of EU environmental compliance (HAPs, EtO, VOC). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Familiarity with marketing/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms. • Proficiency in English and German required; other European languages are an asset. • Willingness to travel internationally regularly. • Must already hold a valid authorization to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship available).
