📋 Description

• Prospectar ativamente potenciais alunos via WhatsApp e redes sociais. • Fazer abordagem inicial, criar conexão e conduzir para uma ligação de diagnóstico. • Entender a rotina, o objetivo e a dor do lead — e apresentar a solução certa. • Acompanhar o lead do primeiro contato até a matrícula. • Registrar todos os contatos no CRM e manter o funil sempre atualizado. • Cumprir rotina comercial diária com disciplina e foco em resultado.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência em vendas ativas, prospecção ou outbound (mínimo 6 meses). • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita — você precisa ser claro, direto e humano. • Disciplina para manter rotina de contatos e follow-up diário. • Conforto total com modelo 100% comissionado e orientado a metas. • Celular ou computador e internet estável. • Já ter vendido curso de idiomas, educação ou produto de alto valor percebido (diferencial). • Experiência com CRM, funil de vendas e scripts (diferencial). • Perfil autônomo: você se organiza sem precisar de cobrança constante (diferencial).
