📋 Description

• We’re looking for a talented engineer to join Pigment’s Growth team. • Our small team designs and ships high-impact internal systems used by 100+ internal users every week. • We build and maintain a centralized GTM data warehouse, internal web applications, orchestration workflows, and AI agents. • Collaborate with amazing brains across Sales and Marketing as end users, RevOps and Data team as key stakeholders, and R&D team on AI engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Engineering or Data role • Experience on prompting LLMs and knowledge of GenAI features implementation. • You have a Growth mindset and are interested in Sales/Marketing initiatives and challenges • You're able to function in a fast-paced environment, identifying and prioritizing what needs to get done without continuous direct instruction
