• Oversight of HR/People Systems, including UKG Ready, and troubleshoot/problem solve system issues • Work closely with the People/HR team to pinpoint and implement system improvements • Act as the first point of contact for People Ops tickets and escalate requests as necessary • Own the transition from candidate to new hire and ensure a successful onboarding • Manage day-to-day People Ops inquiries, system administration, and stakeholder support • Ensure all employee records are complete, compliant, and secure • Monitor, track, and report key HR metrics
• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations • Fluent in HR systems (experience with UKG Ready is a plus) • Experience with HR compliance, policy, and reporting • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions • Strong curiosity about leveraging automation and AI tools • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a collaborative environment
