• Lead the industry and anticipate change and impact • Partner with the CEO to shape Ping's long-term market vision • Define buyer personas, journeys, and category narratives • Work with CEO and executive team to set market direction • Own go-to-market strategy and planning for major product and solution launches • Partner with Sales leadership to drive deal velocity, and improve win rates
• 15+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Category Marketing leadership, with a strong preference for experience in Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Technology. • Experience operating at $1B+ scale is preferred • Demonstrated ability to define or redefine a category narrative • Executive Presence: Proven experience working directly with the CEO and board-level stakeholders to align competing priorities • Visionary Thinker: Ability to see shifts before they are obvious and translate macro trends (AI, regulation) into strategic positioning • Revenue-Driven: Connects messaging to pipeline outcomes, understands enterprise sales complexity, and brings analytical rigor to GTM prioritization • Team Builder: Develops high-performance PMM talent and implements repeatable frameworks across the entire lifecycle without slowing innovation.
