📋 Description

• Build the sales function independently—from lead research through to qualified appointments • Identify suitable customers: medical practices, law firms, and companies that want to use social media or have not yet achieved success with it • Build your own pipeline via email, phone, LinkedIn, or your network • Conduct initial conversations with decision-makers and qualify prospects based on fit and budget • Join pitch calls and support customers through to signing • Work directly with the founders and help further develop the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• You have previous sales experience—whether in B2B, an agency, or an entirely different field—and can demonstrate results • You independently generate new business; cold outreach does not intimidate you • You communicate confidently with doctors, lawyers, and managing directors • You quickly recognize whether a prospect is a strong fit • You understand social media and can explain why a Reel can attract new patients • Entrepreneurial mindset • You work independently, take full responsibility, and operate as a self-employed contractor • Excellent German, both written and spoken
