📋 Description

• Lead the technical and operational strategy for strategic client accounts • Ensure quality, business value, and successful delivery • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and shaping innovative solutions • Expand existing client relationships • Lead and coordinate teams of 30–60 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams • Ensure delivery excellence across projects involving Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies • Define and present proposals as a key business and technical partner for clients • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, value creation, and strategic alignment • Foster collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments • At least 5 years leading large engineering, delivery, or consulting teams • Previous experience in a technology consulting or services company (mandatory) • Proven track record in account farming, client growth, and business development • Strong technical background in software engineering and web technologies • Experience with Cloud, AI, or Data platforms • Experience managing complex programs and international clients • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Fluent English and Spanish
