• You handle qualified inbound leads with identifiable needs. • You conduct product demos, analyze customer needs, and develop appropriate solutions. • You advise potential customers in a structured manner and guide them through the entire sales process. • You close deals independently — from the initial conversation to contract signing. • You monitor your KPIs and work in a structured way with our CRM. • You work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to create the best possible customer experience.
• Some experience in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally working with warm leads or in closing. • Experience in needs analysis and conducting structured sales conversations. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce). • Interest in using AI to make your day-to-day sales work smarter, more scalable, and more effective. • German language skills at C1/C2 level. • Willingness to come to our Hamburg office regularly (hybrid).
