📋 Description

• Be the primary point of contact for clients once their order is confirmed • Proactively track each project's milestones and flag any risk of delay before it becomes a problem • Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to resolve client queries or bottlenecks quickly • Follow up on pending milestone payments in a friendly, professional, and timely way • Collect CSAT feedback at key project stages and act on what you learn • Handle client escalations calmly, involving your manager when a situation needs it • Keep project and client status fully up to date in Zoho Projects/CRM at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams (sales, design, engineering, finance) to get answers for clients • A calm, solutions-first approach to handling frustrated or anxious clients • Experience in real estate, construction, or a project-based service business (nice to have) • Familiarity with Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, or similar tools (nice to have) • A track record of improving customer satisfaction scores in a previous role (nice to have)
