📋 Description

• Support data entry, documentation, and CRM hygiene across departments • Assist with vendor and partner coordination, including tracking payments and records • Help manage scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks for the founder and team leads • Maintain and update internal SOPs and our knowledge base as processes evolve • Support HR with onboarding logistics for new hires • Take on ad hoc projects and research tasks as the business needs arise • Spot and flag process inefficiencies you notice along the way

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any stream) • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and comfort learning new software/CRM tools quickly • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with variety and ambiguity in a fast-moving startup • Prior internship or work experience in an administrative or operations capacity (nice to have) • Basic familiarity with CRM or project management tools (nice to have) • An interest in eventually specializing into People, Finance, or Customer Success (nice to have)
